ISONEM WRITE & ERASE VARNISH is water based two-component varnish that allows you to use your walls / surfaces as a board with markers. Thanks to its transparent structure, it converts the surface to a writable and erasable format without changing the color, when applied on anywhere such as your walls, desks, doors, cabinets, meeting rooms, etc. It is environment friendly and does not contain VOC and solvents. Its application is very simple. The graffiti, paint and stains can be easily removed from the ISONEM WRITE & ERASE VARNISH applied surfaces. There is no other system that allows cleaning the surfaces so easily and repeatedly without damaging the coating.

Application information:

Surface preparation: The surfaces to be treated must be completely dry and clean, free from all kinds of oils, kernels, dust and surface wastes.

Preparation of the mixture: ISONEM WRITE & ERASE VARNISH is supplied in ready-to-use sets according to the mixing ratio. The mixture must be prepared in the amount to be applied by considering the pot life. Before starting to mix, make sure that the material temperatures are between +15 and +25 °C. Stir the Component A thoroughly with a mechanical mixer at 300 - 400 rpm for 3 - 4 minutes without dragging air inside.

Then, pour all of the Component B into the Component A and make sure that no material is left in the Component B. Mix A+B until you obtain a homogenous mixture at least for 3 minutes and consume the prepared mixture within50 – 60 minutes.

Application: Apply ISONEM WRITE & ERASE VARNISH with a brush or roller in 2 or 3 coats until you obtain the desired thickness. Wait for around 6-8 hours for each coat. It is required to wait for at least 3 days before beginning to write/erase. The texts/drawings can be erased with a board eraser. Persistent stains are required to be cleaned with a wet cloth. Do not use other cleaning agents (detergent, bleach, etc.).

Consumption: 0.2-0.3 kg/m2 (3 coats)

Storage:

24 months in the original, unopened package in a cool and dry environment.
