Product Description
BAGEL PRODUCTION LINE
All faults of the machine are seen on the screen as a Picture and warned in written.
General settings of the machine are made on touch screen with PLC-controlled.
Working portions and belts of the machine can be disassembled and assembled easily.
Machine is cleaned easily.
Machine has a complete reassembly and disassembly feature.
Our machine is SOLE in dough cutting in Turkey.
CUTTING SECTION
Body of machine is 304 chromium nickel proper to Food. CRNI is stainless.
Machine base is reciprocating and cuts 6/six/ pieces dough in each cut.
30-150
grams dough can be cut in machine. It cuts and rolls average 11.000
pieces dough per hour. Because too few flour is used, it constitutes a
clean working environment.
Flour amount for the dough can be adjusted.
Machine does not always need oil during cutting.
It does not cause deterioration in dough because it applies low pressure to dough.
DOUGH MATURING
Six-dough which comes from cutting is taken for maturing in 3 series.
Maturing consists of 140 bowls. 120 bowls of them operates fully and 20 bowls are return bowls.
Bowls consist of polymer net.
Resting time is 3 minutes at maximum speed.
There are inter-transition belts in maturing bowls.
Dough which comes from cutting is enabled to pass directly by using these belts when maturing is not used.
HANDLING BELT
This belt consist of 2 belts one after the other.
Belt which is below can be manufactured between 2 and 6 meters upon need.
-Hand workmanship of bagel and pastry dough coming from previous parts is made on these tables.
-Products taking their final shapes are put on upper conveyor belt.
-Upper conveyor belt is used generally on bagel production.
-Bagels whose strapping processing is made are put on this belt and transferred to grouting part.
-Both belts are manufactured as pvc. And they can be cleaned very easily. Wet cleaning processing can be done.
-All chassis of the belt is manufactured by stainless material.
GROUTING UNIT
-Grouting processing of the bagels coming from upper conveyor belt is made in this section.
-System consists of one syrup waterfall and two fans.
-One lob pump makes the recirculation of the syrup. This pump doesn't froth syrup and affect the features of it.
-Bagels
come from conveyor belt and pass under syrup waterfall by being
transported on a wire belt. There is an overflow part under syrup
waterfall. The syrup overflowed from here wets bottom of the bagels.
-Bagels
whose grouting is made pass to a second wire belt. Extra syrup on upper
surface of the bagel is filtered with a puffing fan.
-Bagels coming from second belt tumble while passing to third belt. Extra syrup under the bagel is filtered in this belt.
-So it is enabled that syrup is used up with minimum content and bagel has more beautiful appearance
-Grouting machine bearing and portions are stainless.
-It is prevented that syrup overflowed outside the machine with leak proof seals.
SESAME TRAY
-This unit used in bagel production is manufactured from complete stainless steel.
-It is composed of a pivoting round tray.
-Bagels coming from grouting unit fall into this tray and personnel collect these bagels by blending them in sesame.
