The phyllo line is a line producing phyllo from ready dough.
You
can adjust the thickness as you wish and produce various products by
cutting in different sizes with replaceable blades. After it passes the
hands-off production stages, you can bundle and pack the phyllo at the
end of the line. It is an integrated system consisting of dough
spreading, thinning, stretching, cutting and discarding units, tunnel
oven and irrigation band.

| Cutting band; in the V trench, the deformed side parts of the dough are removed. Fire dough is collected by automatic tape system. For square phyllo and lavash, cutting of the product in the desired shapes is made on this band. | |

| 5. TUNNEL OVEN | |
| The product from the cutting conveyor enters the oven for cooking. Tunnel oven works natural gas 150 ml/bar. The final product is given to the furnace. It is cooked according to the thickness of the product. The product in the furnace proceeds on heat-resistant, food-specific material. The temperature in the oven is about 250 - 400 °C. The product is taken with heat-resistant tapes at the entrance and exit of the furnace. The oven works with 3 kW motor. For the machine, special made Italian heating becks are used. | |
